Our stay at the hotel was a mix of experiences. The rooms we were given had leaking bathrooms, but on the bright side, they offered a nice view, and we stayed in a superior room with good air conditioning. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any help from the staff when needed, which left a negative impression on my family and me.
